Job Description
+ Monitor and inspect electrical equipment systems
+ Develop, implement and monitor periodic maintenance plans for machinery and equipment in the factory.
+ Ensure that machinery and equipment are always in the best condition, minimizing unplanned downtime.
+ Quickly handle problems, quickly restore production to minimize damage costs.
+ Participate in consulting on equipment purchase projects, expand the company’s production
+ Advise the Board of Directors on related issues.
Candidate requirements
Required technical expertise: University degree in Engineering, Electricity, Electronics
Experience requirements: At least 3 years of experience working as a senior electrical engineer in the field of Electrical production of packaging paper.
Japanese, English proficiency

Job Description

• Manage the design, installation, operation and maintenance of measurement and automation control systems serving production (temperature, pressure, flow, level, etc.).
• Continuously monitor operating parameters, analyze data and adjust systems to ensure production processes operate stably, safely and efficiently.
• Perform programming, configuration and optimization of PLC, SCADA and DCS automation control systems to meet operational and production requirements.
• Research, evaluate and apply new automation technologies to improve systems, enhance production efficiency and support digital transformation in the factory.
• Manage, guide and train employees in the automation department; assign tasks and support the improvement of the team’s technical capabilities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance and Production departments to analyze causes, troubleshoot issues and implement system improvement solutions.
• Ensure automation systems meet operational safety requirements, industrial control system security requirements and relevant technical standards.
• Report operating status, system performance, technical issues and improvement progress to the Board of Directors.

Candidate Requirements:

• Educational requirement: College degree or higher in Engineering Technology / Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical – Electronics Engineering, or Measurement & Control Engineering.
• Experience requirement: At least 3 years of experience related to technical engineering work, measurement, instrumentation and monitoring measurement systems serving factory production activities.
• Proficient in Chinese.
